Working closely with the Group Reward Director and Indonesia HR Director to drive and deliver compensation, benefits and wellness initiatives across Indonesia.

Drive group or regional reward projects in partnership with Group Reward and South East Asia HR teams.

Strategically plan and lead the various reward projects, in line with the company’s business directions and in compliance with local legislation and requirement.

In partnership with Group Reward team, ensure tools, programmes and processes are aligned across market and executed in timely and cost effective manner.

Build improvement to the current reward structure, polices and processes including annual salary review, job evaluation/benchmarking projects, benefit reviews and incentive programme reviews.

Build strong knowledge management practices to develop Reward as an expertise in labour related data and strategy.

Bachelor degree or equivalent

8 years + of reward experience

Analytical with ability to solve complex problems

Strong sense of governance and control in matrixed environment
